75,000 shares traded today. Who could be selling at these levels? Anyone that is selling is taking a loss unless they got the stock for free. My guess is it is people at Peak that are selling in order to raise cash to keep the company running. That is fine with me as long as Foster doesn't pull that shit he pulled in August where he sold his own shares for cash then paid himself back with twice as many shares. If that is happening I swear I will sue this company for all it is worth, which may be about a nickle when all is said and done.

It has become painfully obvious that regardless of how good or bad their products are, Peak's management lacks the capabilities to successfully run this company. The management should do what is in the best interest of the shareholders and if they cannot run the company then they should step aside or sell Peak.

Unbelievably, I have not seen one NetMagnet ad. We have no news on the bulletin board. No news of how NetMagnet is doing. We have no bundling deals with NetMagnet despite what "jackass" (my new name for the guy who posted that hype on the Peak web page awhile back about "Started Direct shipments to...blah blah blah") said. Which by the way was a complete lie. And to top it off even Billy has stopped posting humorous remarks to keep us smiling. I ask the CompUSA salesperson at a store near me if they had NetMagnet and he told me that you could not put a magnet on the computer it would erase the hard drive.

Sad, sad ,sad.
