I own a nice position in Cpq..Its a dog and management got them in the shape they're in..
They spent too much energy trying to get Dell and Dell kicked them in the booty. period.
I'm almost ready to sell loss.

WHY I DON'T TRUST CPQ MANAGEMENT:

I believe that the problems that they are experiencing now were evident to them a while ago. Now, after it's apparent that they can't pull it out, they're coming clean. I believe that they fudged the numbers to make the Company's results look better than they were in order to keep the stock up to make the DEC deal (stock-swap) float. I wouldn't be surprised if the DEC deal collapsed, or if DEC and/or CPQ shareholders filed a class action against CPQ Management.
