Ran across another company involved with banner advertising named InterVU (ITVU).
Came out as an IPO late last year at about $9.
Was trading under the offering price until today- currently 11 1/4.

They lost about $0.90/share for 1997. I had the red herring in my hands before the issue date, but I think I chucked it.

Here's some news about some work they did with Dayton Tire.

I believe NBC has a stake in them.

If NETZ's financials look half as good as theirs, I'd be happy (based on the stock price comparison).

Something seems about to happen...

I tried to follow up on the CUSIP and Name change and it appears to have been submitted, comments about finalizing the merger (which I think pertains to Softbank and Netmaster to form Zulu).

Also, comments about news coming out very soon, no date or anything to pin down, but it seems that everyone has been busting hump with a flurry of activity.

Also, comments about the $50 Million Convertible Preferred 'private placement' going well...hmmm

Add to that, the Price Waterhouse financials expected to be out this month...
