Lawsuits = Lower Stock Prices - (Right On Jason!)

People would do well to take to heart the legal wisdom Jason has shared with this thread: "...nothing like suing a company to drive the stock price lower. Only credible evidence of securities violations, should fuel a threat of litigation."

The existing Management has brought TMSR a very long way in a very short time ... and in a world ruthlessly dominated by MSFT. When you own TMSR, never forget that the financial & human capital TMSR brings to the marketplace is like a dust mote relative to what MSFT brings. The only advantage of being so much smaller than your competitor is that it is much easier to react to the behemoth's product/marketing strategies than the other way around ...

RE: Management's unresponsiveness. Why tip off the competition?

I am assuming that TMSR is keeping a low profile because they are using an underdog's basic military strategy of saving one's ammunition until you 'see the whites of their eyes'.
