If ACRT is as good an investment as you suggest, a stock buyback by the company makes sense. However, a brief look at the balance sheet shows them to be undercapitallized as is. Will they actually buy shares? Will they be doing Reg S placements? I hope you will nail Mitch down on this.

You have to give Pink credit for putting the kaibosh on the million share give-away, and causing the company to manipulate the stock price up with this bogus announcement.
