It seems like all that took effect rather abrubtly, if it's the case. I'm not sure why the Fleet loan situation would take that kind of toll on the market cap of the company, anyway, with others fund raising alternatives available. Surely an operating business with the kind of growth potential (as in revenues) that CVUS has would be worth a loan of some kind. This company's potential as a viable concern is good, even without the chance of a lottery effect due to the auction. I doubt the Hovnanians and Bosssard would let their 13 million shares be in jeopardy of losing them too much money if they could prevent it (and thusly our shares).
