Katherine : YOUR WELCOME I'm your #1 fan. You've enlightened me and probably many many others about Lithography and other Semi-issues which you've covered in Semiconductor Online. You have a unique perspective in this area- not only for the present and future but in depth.As you can guess, most of us only scratch the surface about the semiconductor industry trying to learn usually for our monetary gain.This field is a little more than that. I'm discovering so many interesting stories and developments in lithography and chip fabs that will have a great impact in our future. I value your writing because of your straightforward approach-its factual and easy to understand. I wish I had the credentials to receive Solid State Technology Magazine to read your articles there.(You have just written one in March issue).Could you give us a little synopsis of that article?On this thread AV(Andrew Vance),James Word,Ti2 have helped to explain complex information and what roll companies play. Please join them and the others i forgot to mention in helping the masses understand the industry.Hope You'll stick around. That would be cool.We could interview the interviewer.And you could do the same.There are many other qualified people in other threads that are well informed and have many comments,questions and ideas.And you can become just one of us,learning ,exchanging and arguing about everything that comes to mind. Welcome to the thread Katherine. We would love to have you participate here and lend your insights to this thread. If you go back to the Mission Statement at the beginning of this thread you will see that your talents are both welcome and desired here. The more experts there are, the better all of us will be. I would guess that the article that finally mentioned CYMI in conjunction with DUV and the UT breakthrough was your "entry fee"<GGG>. Andrew BTW-I have enjoyed reading your articles in SST. I can almost be considered a Charter Subscriber to SST and Semiconductor Int'l. Sorry to see you leave but at least we know where to find you<GGG>.
