Lynch will oversee Zenith's entire sourcing organization, focusing on supplier quality, cost and delivery, according to President and CEO Jeffrey P. Gannon. Earlier in his GE career, Lynch served as senior counsel for GE appliances in Louisville, Ky., and associate counsel for GE Capital-Puritan Life. Prior to that, he was a trial attorney for the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
