How so?

Jim, <Celewrong - I am waiting to see what happens.>
I can tell you what will happen.

Intel is trying to play old cards, like 486SX game.

The difference now is that the Celewrong will be labelled
as "266MHz" on the market. Todays market is full of
confusion: buying public just cannot distinguish the tiny
letters "II" on computer labels. People will be blinded by
the shiny "266" label and buy the cheap computer not
realizing that they are buying a crap that performs below
outclassed 200MHz machines.

When they will realize this, a class-action lawsuit will be
in order. However, Intel will gracefully settle it down by
offering $10 rebate towards an upgrade to next Muddlecino
processor.

Just a standard tactics of public deception. Nothing else.
And Paul Engel is the best prophet of this tactics.

BTW, Thanks for the clever name - Cele-wrong.
