Sorry Frank, there is no "Court appointed" lawyer. Each class of creditors is entitled to form a committee to negotiate with the debtor vis a vis "the Plan" and to be heard in open Court on all matters. If a Plan is offered too quickly the creditors may never get organized enough to be a formidable force. Moreover, although the Creditors Committee is entitled to counsel, to be paid in some manner as an Administrative expense in the Plan, the attorney must be prepared to work for free until/if a Plan is confirmed. The shareholders cannot rely upon some mythical savior in a 3 piece suit to save their financial asses.

Frank, is IMSLIB the only one in this industry that offers design technology for 0.25 micron and below? I forgot. Thanks in advance.
