Cross Trading

These particular types of trades happen all the time and occur when both the buyer and seller are located at the same brokerage house, it is called a cross trade. The volume for this cross was actually 509,000 shares. As well often these trades do not affect the market place, by this I mean that the trade price is within the bid ask parameters of the market and the market is not moved or touched to execute the cross. Hope this helps.
