Further comment re: the Edgar S-3 with a question/reposter With regard to RMTR S-3 filing, I was glad to see that the preferred shares are being distributed to a wide group of investors, rather than one institution. I think this type of distribution outlined in the Edgar S-3 report provides more stability when the time for conversion arrives. I'm looking forward to some other interpretations by various Ramtronians. I think Neil was especially interested in the "who" of the deal. Well, "the cat's out of the bag", so to speak. Has anyone heard about the outcome of the JEDEC meeting of last week? I believe they were anticipating a ballot to come out of it. IMO, the silence so far, does not bode well. Thanks, Doug
