Well, My gosh, Sand took a breather. About time. The 10-12 area is a nice and well justified place to be. Not really any great incentive to go one way or the other. Fairly priced for the general buyer. A nice place to be should more good news come out, and I expect it.Still have my bid in at 11, although I cheated and got a thousand at 11.25 today. Like the volume, lets folks out and builds a new base. Sand is acting more professionally, and the management knows the need to make alliances. Over all, they have done a good job in a difficult area. It is easy to complain if you haven't been there, but if you have, you are impressed. I'd say they are in the top of the third inning. A smart man, or woman, knows when it is time to go get a beer and a hot dog or peanuts, and watch the game. It has, after all, just started
