Robert, do you feel that the Kazakhstan government is saying, by being willing to negotiate a settlement, they were wrong to pull mining licences from companies who did not ...for whatever reason...keep to the letter of their contract. Maybe Kazakhstan feels it has the right to pull these licenses but at the same time they would like to restore some confidence in the mining investment community? It seems that SPE is proving that it is able to do what others say can't be done and maybe will someday be valued for it's accomplishments as well as it's potential, not for what is happening with other companies.
