Put in an order for 1 5/8 and watch them raise the ask again and walk you up the ladder! CBOE traders ain't known for receiving too many sainthood awards. -bg-

I've seen the same thing. Consequently, I only deal
with market orders in options. Every now and then
I try a limit order in a fast moving market, and
every time I get a lousy execution. On the other
hand, I regularly buy or sell Nasdaq stocks at the
best price of the day. In either case I trade
through e-Schwab, so I don't think it's my broker.
