AF, I understand the usual seasonal cycle, and it may work to give crude prices a lift this summer. Meanwhile, gas prices are remaining strong and not dropping significantly in the futures market. They may be getting a boost from the extended cold weather. The main significance of strong gas prices is keeping more gas drilling projects viable. I think the main impact is likely to be on land drillers and shallower offshore drillers by keeping those markets tighter than they might otherwise be. Baird
