Bob, I really don't like this attitude: There are still quite a few people who login right at 9:30 (market open) My suggestion to everyone is to login before 9:30 even 10 minutes helps. It means it's our(users body) fault that we don't receive real time data in real time. I used to use realtime NAQ data at a company I worked for and the feed was always 15 to 20 minutes delayed during opens or heavy trading. Can I expect this with Internet Trader? I could probably live with some delay, but the problem was the data was bad (and I was using your satelite service). Your ITrader may be a nice looking product, but I am more interested in getting correct data. I am getting discrepancies between the data I get from you and end of day stuff from the papers. Why is that? Is the realtime data fed by the same datastream as your delayed feed? I hope not. Now I'm getting wrong information quicker so that I can lose money faster! I hope they are working on fixing this!? KV So NAQ has long history of neglecting it's customers interests, at this point you announced that you don't have and are not going to have sufficient capacity to deliver data timely at peak moments. What kind of business model you are using? It seems to me nobody is able to calculate necessary capacity of your output. In this condition as soon you or your load getting to acceptable level you are going to increase receiving body without improving server end which immediately will bring delays and before doing anything you will tell us to lower appetite. Well, I'm about to start for search of other service although Real TickIII fits my needs much less then IT, but I'm afraid we are heading nowhere with your service. Regards, Michael.
