Seeing these articles about prosecutor raids on BOJ officials seems to contradict Japan's normal approach to crisis management, ie, to sweep it under the rug. If they want to put the Niekei(sic) over 18K by 3/31 this is not a good approach. Clearly, prosecutors around the world are out of control. The US$ goes higher in response to the real danger of a Japanese meltdown and gold suffers accordingly. BTW, say a prayer for Buddy, the first dog.
