George,
Might I suggest this to you. Call Joe. If you are not comfortable with his response in regards to your Canadian scenario---I would sell. TRUST is important to me, as I'm sure it is to you. This is not something that should be rehashed time & time again on this forum, Call him, get his answer and decide your comfortability level. Doesn't that make sense? 1-203-380-0910---Ext. 101

GE,

Joe did not say he has locked up all of the Northern shares. He does feel that the several BIG sellers are are on the side lines which I believe is evident by the lack of large block selling over the last couple of weeks. IMO we could see a few shares trickle South every so often. I have had 3 conversations with Joe this week concerning the stock price and this is how I see things unfolding. I believe the way AGE is handling the buyback we are at the low on the bid. When ever it drops below the current price they will step in and buy forcing the bid back up. I also believe AGE will do additional buying to put further upward pressure on the bid. If the price slowly rises over the $2.00 level IMO AGE will keep it there.

Best Regards
