It certainly sounds like Tyler has very low expectations. The tragedy will be if Nomai prevails IOM will get hammered again for something already reflected in the share price. We know that we get partial credit for good news and full credit plus for bad news.

Regarding KE's ability to comment....it seems that he has been in a quiet period since he last inserted foot into mouth....little hope for the next thirty days.

I am a very frustrated investor at this point, but on the products are still selling, apparently reasonably well and they make $$ on each. SparQ sells o.k., but at a loss (I know, they lose a little $$ on each unit but they make it up on volume).

I'll worry if insiders start to sell.

p.s. Noticed a nice "corporate" full page ad in yesterday's WSJ for Zip, also seems to be less SparQ print ads in Chicago
