Not sure what you mean. Watching the quote screen, I've seen a solid amount of action on the ask the past couple days. It was especially noticeable on the reversal day last week when it ran from $6 3/4 to $8 3/8... A steady stream of small hits on the ask. While I don't have L2 , it doesn't appear that there are any market makers who really stick their neck out to support ANCR... likely due to the current lack of institutional and analyst interest. It seems to me that ANCR floats pretty freely based on daily buying and selling pressure. But I'd be interested to read your opinion if you have a different take.

It's called accumulation and it is a strong technical indicator of higher prices to come.
