what is your goal to acquire a nasdaq listing and are you targeting to go straight to the "regular" market rather than small cap? I will await your reply?

So I wouldn't read too much into it." Mark, I find this statement hard to believe. As you stated he was one of the founders of the company. Whatever his intentions are is his business, but IMO a founder of a company(not to mention a major shareholder) would surely have a better idea of what's going on inside. As for insiders buying? Nigel
