I hope you're right David. It would be nice to see a big deal pop out on the news-wires with our name on it. We are smack-dab on the downward limit of the current box we are in. I agree with Duke, that if we break it downward it will not be a sign and may even signal trouble. On the other hand, it is perfectly normal to bounce off and on the limit as we have been doing. Someone ought to have an idea of how many shares have been traded between 8 3/4 and 10. It would seem to me like there is a pretty solid base right now and the low daily volume seems to verify that. An announcement saying we got the INS deal would be very nice right now. It all but seems like that has been discounted from a sure thing to a mere possibility. I think the next move up will easily push past 10 and probably settle between 11 and 12. It will only happen after the company or an associated analyst says earnings will be above estimates, or they announce a major deal that assures great earnings. Possibly when an investment firm decides it's time!

Mastercard is pilot testing fingerprint biometric smart cards at POS terminals with POS maker, Mag-Tek Inc., according to EFT Report of March 11, 1998.

It appears that Mag-Tek is a competitor to Verifone/HP, although a smaller one. It is a privately held company with $35 million in revenues and 160 employees.
