The company has a basic fiduciary responsibility to the shareholder. The simple reason being is that they have our money. I know that they are busy making money for management but they owe the shareholders some answers. I agree that my meanderings about a "suit" are not beneficial to stock movement, although, the price has gone up...go figure. My opinion is that the company needs a wake up call. They told me that a new site would be up by october? Where the heck is it? They don't return calls or letters? So much for investor relations!! The company is making millions and the value of the stock goes from 19-10.. no comment from company.. nothing that makes any sense anyway. I am long and still believe but jeez.... give us something!!

I believe companies are supposed to sell product. For those of you who are trying to micro-manage every single sale and worrying about who or who is not selling TMSR products. Regarding TMSR's cash position. Have any of you stopped to think about the fact that it takes a lot of cash to build, inventory and ship tons of product for the Christmas season ---- (like take a look at the fact that the last quarter of the year is always TMSR's biggest quarter) As the stores pay their bills in January and February the company's cash position rebuilds. THERE IS NO MYSTRY !!! Keep your conspiracy theories to the White House. The company is doing a great job at everything except marketing their stock.
