Alexander, NCES; Glance at the chart says 7 5/8 to 8 in a few weeks is almost obvious. The 3 day RSI signalled a buy on 3/6. Volume is supportive. The chart is so short term that most indicator periods are not useful. I would suggest watching the 13, 8, 8 stochastics to see if an impending crossover attempt has enough momentum to follow through enough for the crossover to stick. It looks like a low risk entry point here since there's plenty of room to move up even before the 13, 8, 8 gets to the decision point. Doug R
