Pat,

pls xplain,
how can a stock that is up 60% have such bad #s
already factored into its stock price
this 90 day run was due to GS upgrades BUT not its
downgrades, dram pricing went up to 3.60 BUT now its under
2.30, earnings warnings from companies making money
whether chips makers or box sellers, IMF loans, competition
is still in business etc. etc. whats left, yes this stock price
always does what it shouldn't but what if it does....
see i think all the potential GOOD is already factored in this time,
and there's nothing left to upside, this sector dies till after year 2K

You already explained it. You listed all the bad fundamentals. So if you know it...it is already in the stock. It is that simple. By the time we learn about it... the stock had corrected for it.

I think all the bad news has been factored into the stock b/c institutions have the attitude "shoot first and ask questions later" and that is why it is so low...and then it is "prove it to me first" before we run the stock back up. Now granted some runnup based on some good news has occurred, but, I think there is still a wait and see with earnings, DRAM pricing, decrease in global capacity, continued SEA problems, etc.

Good Luck Trading

DavidG
