My preliminary view, without knowing the details of the restructure (only the bare bones from the releases): this is the sweeping restructure the Street wanted to see. I have no doubt the analyst who upgraded knew this was coming. The share buyback is a bonus, which should put a nice little floor beneath the stock price. Even though we might sell off a bit on the news, I almost regret selling 1/3 of my position. With a new cost structure, at some point we should expect numbers revisions and possibly more upgrades.
