let, the stock just couldn't hold above 13. Buyers were there at the open but as the day progressed a little selling pressure came in to the market. Good day for volume but price went the wrong way.

I was looking at the Yahoo msg. board and one person seemed to be asking about the credibility and functionality of the Nucleus. Do you recall the Canadian Tire and Rubber Co. that purchased one of the earlier versions of the Nucleus? If memory serves me correctly, they primarily purchased the system for receivable accounting and billing. The old system that they had ran the receivable billing every weekend and took approx. 8 hours to cycle, however, they now use the Nucleus and the same task is done in less than 1 hour.

Also remember similar success stories with the Canadian National Railroad, whatever the old system did in 8 hours now takes about 20 minutes with Nucleus. I'll have to go back through my notes and I'll post my findings. the other thing in regard to that question as to the Nucleus, rest assured Meta Group and Bill Inmon would not allow SNDCF to put their names in a press release if the software didn't deliver as promised.

The revenues from all the partnerships and marketing agreements should begin rolling in about June 1, 1998 and from there revenues will explode. This stock's potential over the next 18 to 24 months is truly phenomenal. It looks as though others feel the same as I.
