Don't know what your evidence is for accusing XIRC of lousy management. The time I saw Dirk Gates on CNBC squawkbox he was very impressive. In addition, why would Intel take such a large interest in a poorly managed company and then make no effort to make changes in said management? Remote and wireless access can only fuel growth for this company. XIRC is well positioned for the future IMO.
