James...I know that sometimes there may be a delay in getting the closing numbers on these types of stocks. I wonder if the numbers you were given were those that existed near the close. Therefore, is it possible that someone UNLOADED a large block immediately before closing thereby driving the price through the floor??

i had an order in with schwab at 4 that didnt fill and an order with paine webber at 4.25 that didnt fill. i sope to a my friend at the trading floor and at 3:00 instanet had the stock at 4 1/8 to 4 7/8.
something is very wrong with that quote.
