Joe, A finance friend of mine at my office was reviewing the amended filing to register shares for the stock option plan and noticed that there was a significant increase in the number of shares for options in the amendment. His thoughts were that the company is loading up key employees with options at today's price before the Texaco news hits so they can benefit? Make sense to you? I don't mind the employees making out because that means the shareholders will also.
