The reason for the halt in trading was due to the nature of the news release.

A $10 million financing and debt restructuring constitutes a material change within the company. In accordance with the Alberta Stock Exchange it was felt that the potential of a run up on rumor was possible. If this were the case, the ASE would then halt the stock requesting the company to make a statement. It is much more desirable for the company to halt their own stock than have the exchange do it for you.....Perception is the key.

Nice to see the stock firm up price wise.

Depth also shows much more strength as there is about 50,000 shares bidding between $1.00 and $1.22 as of today's close.

I am hearing that the restructuring vote has reached over 50% in favour with almost 2/3 of the money voting in favour with still over a week to go. This scenario along with a firmer market is a vote of confidence for the long term.

I am also hearing that the business side is doing very well as will be mentioned in update to be released in the near term.
