Is the one where they charge 19.95 and then additional for over 5,000 share trade?

I was on a web site the other night that went into the difference between the bid / ask sounded pretty good all except the additional cost for more than 5,000 shares.

Do you happen to have a web site for these folks. I would like to see if it is the same one I checked out.
