On that note, I would be doing us a great disservice to Apple stockholders if I did not reveal THIS information.

OMNICOM a financial holding company in Manhattan that maintains a stable of ad agencies (largest one being DDB Needham) has made the decision to get rid of the Macs. Several years ago, they were an all Mac shop. Now the MIS people have decided that the advertising and financial software they need to run is best served on a PC running Windows NT 4.0. They plan the rollout within the next year.

This is a major player in the ad industry, one of Apple's traditional markets.

Again, this information comes to me by my hunt for a job where I can demand what I want in terms of salary and work environment. I'm only guessing it's somewhat confidential.
