Assuming your 50% gain if they execute vs 50% loser if they miss estimates, I still don't think these scenarios are equally probable. I would say there is a far less than 50% chance GCTI "takes it in the shins."

Bobo,
You mentioned "Gorilla" in your last post. I just bought the "Gorilla Game" by Geoffrey Moore. Chapter 10 talks about what's going on in the back office. It doesn't mention GCTI specifically but it does talk about the back office space that GCTI and other small software companies are playing in. Its a great book.
Regards
David

Hi ,
Thanks for the info, I follow both Genesys and Geotel.

Just saw news press release that Genesys bought a internet intergrator company that has been in business since 1987, it's name is;
ADANTE, based in CA, and is a leading supplier of Internet based customer interaction solutions forlarge companies and those with Call Centers.

Tradin volume in last week as increased by 4 to 5 times volume in Jan/Feb. Also, Genesys IPO, was not very large, maybe they will come out with second issue?

My company uses Genesys, so I have first hand knowledge and we are in the top 100

What do you think.
