Does anyone have any audited financials on this company from the past showing how many shares are issued, how many are authorized, and how many are issued and registered for trading?

Also does the company have any share equivalents, like convertible debt or warrants issued?

If the statement of EPS is correct, then this stock should have traded much higher on volume. However there was a lot of volume without a lot of price movement. That makes me want to look closer at the company's capital structure.

Without a doubt this is a growing sector, Accustaff is probably king but there is plenty of room. I just worry a lot about two things in stocks like this, dilution or a reverse split.

Thanks for any information.

Prophet, I said this before when the stock had a runup to the mid 40's a couple of months ago, and I'll say it again. If FAMH makes as much money as I suspect they will in '98, I will continue holding until it is fairly valued on a bigger exchange ( to be honest, I've grown a dislike to MM's ).
