Dear Marty: Is the I-Mark solution wed-based, rather than chip-based? Does it require the user to be tethered to the web?

Hi Marty,

I didn't read that Imark actually collected the funds from the consumer
and paid the content providers. It seems that they process the payment which probably means that they do not collect the payment..

Wave Systems of course meters and collects for the content provider.
