Have you done any research as to what's out there already? If you have access to Lexis a cheap way to search is: Trademark Library All TM file Trademark (____! ____!) Just put in the first few letters and it will give you every thing beginning with that phrase. ND

Mr. Rosenthal: My apologies for not being as precise regarding your excellent suggestion as I was. My point was that your suggestion, IMHO, has much merit, is constructive and should be seriously considered by REFR management. Roughly similar to "Intel Inside." You obviously have much expertise and talent in this area and, if your recommendation is implemented, may translate into enhanced shareholder value. Could be that your suggestion would have to be approved and implemented by the company that is selling the end product, rather than by REFR. Regards, MK
