Roger, have you looked at this one in our own back yard (well, my back yard; yours as soon as they build that bullet train past you)? HAYZD - Hayes Microcomputer. The "death spiral" has already taken it from 12 to 6 and they have a standstill agmt with the convertible preferred holders. biz.yahoo.com The holders agreed not to sell any more shares (long or short) or to convert any more preferred until 3/15.
