Hi Frank. Yes, we are lucky with our weather this year.

I really don't think that too many investors are bullish. I read that the consensus is actually not at its high. So, maybe we have all those cautious bulls and that's why the market keeps going with some profit taking in between. I think there is a lot of money waiting to get back in. Investors take profit and then have to invest it again somehow. In the end they plow it back into the market. My son is 34 and has a pension plan at work he does not even contribute to. He just selected a cpl of additional Funds by Fidelity and when his statement came he made an extra 5000 since end of Dec. Even if you lose a portion of that in a downturn where else can you make that kind of return? I keep an eye on it for him and if we really go very high I may suggest Fid. bond fund to him for a while for a portion of his investment dollars.
