Keith,

<<How about being a takeover target? >>

Yurie could eventually be just that as long as their technology is a)hard for competitors to replicate, which seems to be the case now, and b)continues to be an area of sustainable growth, ie; has "legs" and preferably with evolution into other products in the future, and C)is situated in a market with LARGEness (in terms of potential gross revenue generation...should be the "B" as in Billion variety). It also may be useful to one of the bigger players who wish to keep their "one stop shop" model intact. A certain amount of time has to pass in which potential competitors try to enter the market, and either succeed or not, and ultimately decide to buy it rather than to develop it. I really don't consider it imminent at this time, unless the stock declines further for whatever reason, and somebody felt they could "steal" it.....Tek
