hi Scott. tele is a creditor, in reguard to SEXI. he was very close to the litigation, in particular anticipation of actions to be made by the bankruptcy trustees.(ie: finding out if he would recieve any $$$$ that SEXI owed him). tele has posted copious info relative not only to court procedings, but many facts as they related to the numerous partys associated with "SEXI". his posting on this thread are how i know tele. i can tell you that tele is inteligent, honest, generous, and very intresting to read. i've never met tele in person, but i know more about him than people who live on the same street that i do. at present my cyber- friend, tele is fighting for his health. he will be in my prayers tonight, and i'm sure yours as well. jd2
