Hi Sergio,
I just put together a list of stocks whose RS is positive as well as their daily momentum. Most importantly, they are in the lowest sectors. I need to gather FA and was wondering if you could help. Certainly I am not looking for all of them but if any stand out could you let me know. Thanks very much.

Hi Sergio I posted this on the APCO thread,

The thanks are nice but not necessary. I have mixed emotions about the road show this summer. During the conference call, Mr. Dorfman had mentioned that Todd had wanted him to stop buy and see several people. He said Todd knew his schedule and if he could set up something to let him know and he would stop by.

I am assuming that these are people that are already familiar with APCO. I would think that they would already be on the train by then if they were going to be.

Anybody have any thoughts?

Cary

Sergio regarding SCOC, >>> Revenues reflect slowed sales to Asia and delays in recording several large transactions which didn't close by quarter's end.<<<

It appears that the bad news was released last quarter. The large transaction should definitely help next quarter. I still don't have a clear picture on ASIA as to where the problems will be over so that may hender it a little bit.

>>> Earnings suffered from lower margins and higher S/G/A and R&D as a percentage of revenues. <<<

I am also concerned about the declining margins and the fact that with revenues down the S/G/A % to revenues were up. I did not dig deeply into why they are up but normally this has indicated to me in other companies that management isn't necessarily on top of things.

This doesn't imply that this is the case here. Just questioning.

Cary
