Larry -

I'm not sure where the mistake was, but it was such a glaring error that it was impossible to overlook. As a matter of disclosure, I'm no longer in this one. I sold Yamana a week or so prior to the Vanguardia results, even though Greg had mentioned that they were coming. I figured that if they didn't produce the goods at Vanguardia, their cash situation left them in a difficult predicament, and I wasn't willing to take the risk. Just wanted to correct the record for the benefit of anyone who might have been mislead by this release. Hope you'll share your thoughts with us more often on the GPM thread.

best regards - Tom

Larry,
I was interested in seeing that you had contacted Stockwatch about their "summary" of another newsletter writer's comments. I did the same thing. It wasn't so much a matter of defending the writer in question. However, having read the original fax alerts that they claimed to be summarizing, it seemed to me that they failed to convey the original meaning of the newsletters in question.
After seeing two or three more of these this week I'm beginning to wonder if this is intentional on their part or just poor reporting.
In any case I'm glad to see I wasn't the only one that noticed it.

Regards,
RL
