RE: The tax lien. That information is posted on our header screen by Brad. I questioned it a few days ago. According to what Brad mentioned (he spoke to IRA about it I believe), there is a dispute about the amount owed. FAMH agrees they owe about 12K in taxes. Not the amount listed. Therefore, they have to litigate this out with the state. Not a big amount, but it is still out there looming. Should not have a significant impact even if they had to pay the whole thing. They can probably work out terms and amortize it out over time if needed, JMHO. Sounds like a good question for the conference call tomorrow to get an update from IRA. Kevin
