Davey,

I didn't say Actrade received any money when shares are bought and sold by investors on the open market. It does, however, affect their financial situation when they buy and sell their own share on the open market. Although on the periphery of this issue, I would be remiss not to mention that insiders buying and selling their shares do have an impact, not so much an immediate impact on the balance sheet, but managing for personal gain can, at times, be detrimental to corporate health.

Thank you for informing me that there are well over 10,000 companies covered by the exchanges. If I were to go looking for investment ideas with the goal of finding a company I am more comfortable with than Actrade, I wouldn't be able to see the forest for the trees. The fact is I am ever vigilant in seeking excellent investing opportunities and indeed I have found some. They are "Carlson's Magic 7" and I do rank them by strength. I will not discuss them here as that would be an "off topic" situation. I appreciate your concern, but I assure you I am doing OK. Therefore, I will be able to stay around here with you a while longer as I find you need help in getting the facts straight. Once corrected, I will happily be on my merry way.

Don't get up, the pleasure is mine,

Don
