Cary..in re the 84,000 contracts hitting the books 3rd qtr. or next year, I guess it really doesn't matter. Both of these new deals will ultimately prove EXTREMELY VALUABLE to APCO. I had a meeting with a broker friend of mine (with whom I do VERY little business) with Merrill Lynch. He is an extremely successful broker and has many, many years of experience. I had him look at APCO jsut as a favor to me. He has become very interested in the company to put it mildly!! He has arrived at $30 a share in the next 2 years!! Thats right, $30 a share!! He feels that we could be $18 by years end.

Both deals (and others yet to be announced) will be adding to the bottom line very nicely by then. Remember, this is just one broker's opinion. One that I do respect.

Lets hope he is right!!!
Albert

APCO...

Cary:

Is it your understanding that APCO averages about $100 per contract gross profit?

If so, we are looking at 8.4 million gross profit from 84,000 Allstate contracts...
