Okay Peg, after another day of completely lousy service from Ameritrade, I followed thru on your suggestion. If anyone is having a problem with the service they're getting from their discount online broker, whichever one it may be, they can now visit "America's Worst Discount Online Brokers" at:

Maybe this thread will help to keep these brokers on their toes. And then again, maybe it won't! <g>
