Welcome to lurker David S. I would be delighted to fill you in on what is going on here, but first, I couldn't help but notice the similarity between your name and a frequent poster on this thread going by davef. Are you two related, or in some way working together to manipulate this stock price? Well as it is probably just a coincidence, I will fill you in on matters here to date. If you would just go back and read posts #3130, #3131, and #3132, which I re-posted this morning as a public service to any lurkers who might appear. This should answer your questions on the stock situation. I must say it is nice to have one of the billions of lurkers stop by for a visit. Regarding the Famous Amos cookies, were they your favorite desert item or is this just a casual inquiry. I have a hunch there is something else you would prefer for a desert. Hello Dave, ACRT fundamentals and information can be found on several links such as: cbs.marketwatch.com actrade.com bigcharts.com yahoo.com ACRT is at present driven far below it's value by a large concerted group of shortselling, known as a bearraid. ACRT, has taken steps to defend itself and shareholders from this action, and a quick look at the TA that StanS did this evening will make that clear. Good luck with your investing! DaveF
