Thanks Carole.

That sounds real serious! Boy do I hate to hear that!
I guess we'll just have to settle for 50 cents a bbl. Too bad.
Just when things looked so promising!

I guess I'll sell out my remaining 1510 shares and take my money
over to CBNR.

Thanks! Its been real fun!
I'll be back if some sucker will go for it!

BTW - FWIW & FYI.....

Cabec Announces Mechanical Clamp Molding Machines Give Plastic Pallets a
Leading Edge

PR Newswire, Wednesday, March 11, 1998 at 18:38

DALLAS, March 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Plastic Pallet Production Inc., a wholly
owned subsidiary of Cabec Energy Corp. (BB: CBNR), announced
today that it has finished the development of a new 2 Clamp high-pressure
injection molding machine system to be used in the production of plastic
pallets and reusable plastic containers.
The first PPP machine is assembled and will begin production runs next
week.
Michael John, President of PPP Inc., said today, "This 2 Clamp mechanical
molding machine (patent pending) is unique to the industry. The PPP machine,
which operates with a mechanical lock, can be built for approximately 30% of
the price of an equivalent conventional molding machine. This gives our
company a huge competitive advantage. Units of up to 10 machines run off of
an extruder, thus reducing molding cost by up to 80%.
"For example in the Midwest the average price of a 1,000 ton molding
machine hour is $75. With our system we can reduce this to approximately $15.
"To produce large quantities of pallets requires multiple machines between
1,000 and 3,000 tons, which cost between $300,000 and $2.5 million per unit.
"With this unique system PPP will have a head start against the
competition.
"We are today capable of building 100 molding machines in approximately
8 months for a fraction of the price of conventional machines. Ten of our
molding units occupy the same space as 2 conventional machines. Since the
plastic cost of a pallet is for everyone the same, we will have a fair
advantage in the production with only 20% of the machine time cost. With our
strategic alliances we've developed in Moscow and other parts of Europe, we
have the availability of big mills and lathes and qualified machine operators.
We are able to produce molding units in greater quantities at a lower price,
in a shorter period of time."
Ralph Curton, Chairman of Cabec said, "With the innovative production
machine designed and built by Michael John, our company is in a unique
position to maintain very healthy profit margins on our products compared to
other companies producing products through conventional methods. In addition,
our start up time will be diminished to allow us to capture market share in
this rapidly expanding market for plastic pallets and reusable plastic
containers."
Cabec Energy Corp. is a holding company in the logistic service business
and oil and gas service industry.
